From Educator to Personal Trainer
I was born and raised in Martinique, a French-speaking island in the Caribbean.
In 2004, I relocated to the UK and embarked on my career as a high school French teacher.
In 2012, I transitioned to a career as a personal trainer, transforming my passion for physical fitness into a thriving business.
I discovered immense satisfaction in working out during my leisure time, which instilled in me confidence, joy, and a profound sense of purpose—qualities I am committed to sharing with others.
To me, fitness is about discovering one's purpose. It serves as a powerful motivator to care for oneself and uncover one's true calling in life. Additionally, fitness fosters enhanced self-control, confidence, and happiness.
My mission is to share my passion for fitness and guide others on a journey toward self-actualization.

Fitness is healing" is a movement emphasizing movement as a tool for mental wellness, emotional release, and trauma recovery, rather than just physical appearance. It promotes using exercise to build resilience, reduce stress, and reclaim personal strength. It encourages viewing workouts as self-care, building confidence, and fostering a healthy mind-body connection.
